Hot Honey & Bacon Crumb: Limited Edition New Topping

There’s a new Oink topping in town, and it’s only sticking around until the 31^st October. Say hello to Hot Honey + Bacon Crumb!

Our homemade hot honey sauce delivers a sweet kick, while the bacon crumb, made from pork reared in the Scottish Borders, brings crunch and smokiness that no sauce alone could ever manage. Combined with our famous succulent Scottish pulled pork and stuffing of your choice, it creates a seriously good hog roast sandwich!

How to Order

Nothing about the classic Oink roll has changed, we’ve just added a very good reason to top it off with something different.

1. Pick your size – Piglet (small), Oink (medium), Grunter (large)
2. Pick your roll – brown or white
3. Pick your stuffing – haggis or sage & onion
4. Finally say the magic words: “Hot Honey + Bacon Crumb” to add the limited-edition combo for just £2 extra.

Fancy making it a full meal? Pair your roll with one of our meal deals (any drink & our homemade piggie shortbread or kettle chips).

Available at all three Oink shops, Victoria Street, Canongate, and Hanover Street, from the 3rd of September through to 31^st October 2026.
